Client Cancellations
Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
Appointments cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, and 100% of the appointment fee will be retained.
Practitioner Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds outside of this policy will be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any decision to waive cancellation fees does not create a precedent for future appointments.
